Are these prices per person?
No. The displayed launch fares are for one private vehicle, not per person. The exact total is confirmed after we review your route, date, group size, and luggage.
What is included in the displayed price?
The displayed fare includes the vehicle and driver for the stated route or service time. Highway tolls, parking, attraction tickets, extra waiting, overtime, and late-night service may be added when applicable.
Can I customize the Tokyo or Mt. Fuji itinerary?
Yes. Tell us the places you want to visit, including Hakone or the Izu Peninsula. We can suggest a practical order after checking your pickup point, traffic, season, and total service time.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Choose an Alphard for up to 6 passengers or a Hiace for up to 9 passengers. Luggage reduces comfortable passenger capacity, so include every suitcase in your request.
Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
Your request is recorded first. Pay the ¥10,000 booking deposit through Stripe to secure it for review. We then confirm availability, the locally licensed green-plate operator, and the final fare by email.
How does the booking deposit work?
The ¥10,000 deposit is paid securely through Stripe after you submit your request and is deducted from the final fare. If we cannot arrange a licensed operator for your requested date and route, the deposit is refunded.
